Curbside Pick-Up

• Available for all prepaid orders at our Richmond, BC location, 3591 Springfield Drive near historic Steveston Village
• Handy service if you don't want to wait for delivery of your order
• This can be done through online ordering by making a comment in the Notes section of the Checkout Page
• We'll send you an email when it's ready for pick-up, including same-day pick-up
• Don't pay for shipping which is calculated automatically in the View Cart page of your online checkout process and instead use our PayPal portal here to pay only the Subtotal amount
• Alternatively, we can refund any shipping and handling amount paid by you during online checkout

Steps:

1. add your desired items in the usual way. This takes you to the Add To Cart page.
   
   
2. Select the Add to cart Button which takes you to the View Cart page and shows you the Subtotal of your order.
3. Press the Checkout Button which takes you to the Checkout Page where you enter your name, address and phone number
4. Scroll down to make a comment in the Notes section
5. Press the payment logo which completes your order BEFORE ANY PAYMENT IS MADE
   
   
   
6. Then to pay for only the Subtotal amount use our PayPal portal here. Provide contact info (email, phone) for acknowledgment of payment

Our Shipping Policy

• We process all orders the day we receive them and ship them from Vancouver (postal code V7E 1Z3) the same or next business day
• We use Canada Post with its promise of reliability, speed, flexibility and accessibility for most of your shipping needs
• We have not increased our shipping and handling charges since 2015 despite industry increases
• Shipping costs are calculated during the check-out process of online ordering
